Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install any software?
No. Everything runs in your browser. Our live video is embedded directly — no Zoom download, no extra apps. Log in and you are in class.
How is this different from YouTube or pre-recorded lessons?
Night and day. Every class is live, with a maximum of 7 students so your child gets real attention. Teachers see them, call on them, and respond to them in real time. Recordings are available after but the class experience is fully live.
What devices can my child use?
Any device with internet — laptop, tablet, or smartphone. We recommend a laptop or tablet for the best live class experience, but the platform is fully responsive on all screens.
Can I monitor my child's progress?
Yes. Parents have a separate dashboard with real-time access to attendance, grades, assignments, and teacher notes. You always know exactly where your child stands — without needing to ask.
Is the Nigerian Languages service separate?
Yes, it is a standalone subscription. You can enrol in Languages on its own, or bundle it with any main programme at a discounted rate.
